As the R. In preparation for her desire to join the Firm, Ashley strove to be as prepared as possible. She wanted her contribution to mean more than taking up space, or being the daughter of the law firm’s founders. She wanted to be recognized for her own ability and spirit. In law school she was asked to join the nationally ranked Trial Team. As a member of the Team, Ashley competed as a finalist in the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Trial Competition in New York City. She also received the CALI (formerly American Jurisprudence) Award for receiving the highest course grade in Insurance Law, an area she realized was vital to excel in as a budding Personal Injury and Class Action attorney. When she finally joined the firm as an attorney, she knew she had won the respect of her parents, fellow attorneys, and clients who had remembered her kind words and uplifting spirit from years past.
According to Ashley, “Everyone in this world deserves to be respected, and deserves to have someone believe in them. When you are my client, my loyalty is with you. You can be yourself; you can show your fear or apprehension; you can get nervous along the way. But I will be there, accepting you for who you are in your time of need, and not judging you. I will turn your fear into confidence, and I will stand by your side so that being nervous and in doubt will be nothing more than a passing feeling.”
Because of Ashley’s previous awards, community work, and her successful legal track record, entering the courtroom to fight for a client is an extremely comfortable feeling for her. “I am strong, compassionate, and creative.
